VMware launched in October the VMware Cloud Management Marketplace. This is a portal from which additional software tools can be downloaded for VMware solutions vCloud Automation Center, vCenter Orchestrator, vCenter Operations Management Suite and vCenter Log Insight.
The out of the box functionality of those 4 products can be extended by downloading add-ons, workflows or blueprints. These are mostly provided by vendors like NetApp, F5, Radware, HP, Infoblox , Cisco and many more. In total there are 100+ plug-ins, workflows and other additions available.
An example of what is available are content packs for VMware vCenter Log Insight. Both NetApp and EMC provide such a content pack for their storage systems. Using a content pack graphs and dashboards can be shown which help troubleshooting issues.

With these you can accelerate automating your software-defined data center and cloud.
