Virtualization adoption slowed down by lack of skills

Impressive skills required by virtualization professionals are a real thing as I wrote already in October 2006. Companies inability to promptly recognize and award such competencies is a fact as well. Job Board can testify the low amount of requests for virtualization professionals in US, where adoption rate is higher than everywhere.
