Dell published on its VMware Alliance Center site a 3-minutes video showing how a Microsoft SQL Server virtual machine can be live migrated with VMotion from a blade to another, without service interruption, in a Dell PowerEdge blade server.
The video is very low quality but if you never saw VMotion in action it’s worth to check it.
