| Urs Stephan Alder, owner of KYBERNETIKA, Switzerland, has 27 years of IT experience and had focused on virtualization in 2003. He is a Microsoft and VMware trainer, group leader of the Swiss German VMware Users Group and consultant for many Swiss companies in IT strategy and architecture. | Steven Bink is an IT Professional from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. He works as a consultant specialized in Microsoft technologies for the Enterprise. Besides that daytime job, Steven runs a Microsoft technology website Bink.nu that has been very successful over the years. Steven also was an early adapter of Virtualization technologies for the x86 architecture. Starting with VMware’s first product: Vmware, which later became known as VMware Workstation. | Douglas Brown worked at Citrix Systems, Inc. as a Senior Systems Engineer from 2001 to 2004 at which time he was voted Systems Engineer of the Year 2002 by his peers and management at Citrix. He was awarded the Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional) by Microsoft Corporation from 2005 through 2008 for his contributions to the industry. He was also a charter award winner of the Citrix Technology Professional (CTP) for his continued support of the Citrix community. | Mike Laverick is a professional instructor and evangelist for virtualization technologies. Mike has been teaching technology classes in a range of enterprise software since 1993. Mike has 15 years worth of experience in technologies such as Novell, Windows, Citrix and VMware. Mike first became active in the VMware community in 2003 spotting trend sometime before virtualization became a hot topic. He is VMware Forum moderator and member of the London VMware User Group steering committee.
