Today UK firm Leostream announces new version of its connection broker.
Unfortunately the company doesn't provide a single line of text to clarify what's new in this release, besides that the product is now delivered as a virtual appliance.
Also note that Leostream launched Desktop Connection Broker 1.0 in August 2006 and after one year without public updates they already reached 5.0 version.
The virtualization.info Virtualization Industry Roadmap has been updated accordingly.

No offense intended but this post comes over as a bit negative. While you could argue that they should communicate version updates better or adopt a different version numbering scheme the product itself is pretty good and the value for money is even better considering the support we have had from them in the last months since using the application.
I don't know what's in the press release as they haven't posted it on their website yet but the Connection Broker has always been available as a Virtual Appliance. I also don't have a changelog but the last time I spoke with our VDI sysadmin he was pretty excited to get his hands on the new version.
