As NetBSD 3.0 is approaching (RC1 is just released) people start working harder on Xen integration.
NetBSD.org published a nice How-To for using NetBSD 3.0 current as domain0 of a Xen 2.0 environment:

I reported the RC1 as last released since it's the last official announcement available on NetBSD site.

Scroll down to "Show only files with tag" and open the list of available tags.
RC4 is the latest right now.
