Gilles Vollant released WinImage 8.0. The utility software create an exact copy of various physical media formats (floppy, CD-ROM, hard disk, USB, etc.) or editing and extracting previous created images. With 8.0 version WinImage introduces now read/write support for Microsoft Virtual Hard Disk (vHD) format, used by Virtual PC and Virtual Server, since Microsoft now discloses format details under a royalty-free license.
