My ideas were correct and today VMware shut out a Release Candidate 3 for Workstaton 5.0. Palo Alto guys want to be absolutely sure this will be a success. No much to notice about this build (12888) but a new VMware Tools set, hopefully even more performant, and many bug fixes. Everybody applying to public beta can go and download the new bits from official site.
